Grant application procedure

Our granting area, generally, is the State of Nebraska with an emphasis toward grants in the Lincoln and Omaha metropolitan areas.  To apply for a grant from the Lienemann Charitable Foundation you must first submit a short grant interest form.  This form is available on this web site.  This is to be a brief summary of your grant request so that our Board of Trustees can evaluate your grant request and if interested we can request that you complete a formal grant request proposal.  We will respond to your grant interest form with either an e-mail that we are declining to get further information and the request ends, or you will receive an e-mail that requests that you submit a formal grant request proposal that would be due in 30 days from the date of the e-mail.
